Experienced and proactive Appointment Setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients via cold calling, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Qualify leads through continuous engagement and follow-up communication.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring their calendars are properly managed and organized.
- Build and manage a database of potential clients and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Learn and understand the company's products and services to effectively sell solutions to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a keen ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in CRM software and other online tools for lead generation and management is a plus.
